With a DBA in Small Business Consulting, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Dr. Amos brings a rare combination of strategic insight, financial discipline, operational understanding, and real-world business development experience.

Isha Caldwell-Dees helps business owners and organizations strengthen leadership, improve operations, streamline systems, and build practical strategies for sustainable growth. With a Master of Science in Co-Occurring Disorders and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Isha brings a strong understanding of human behavior, communication, organizational dynamics, and solution-focused planning to her consulting work.
